Here at Gordon Morris we understand the complexities involved with installing sound enhancement equipment into churches and other religious buildings. We work with church staff and architects to provide the solution that is right for everyone in the congregation.
Site surveys and meetings with architects, along with trial systems and product demonstrations can be arranged
Gordon Morris have been installing induction hearing loops systems and PA systems into religious buildings all over the country for more than 35 years. Using only high-quality loop amplifiers, from UniVox and microphones from Sennheiser, TOA and Audio Technica, all work is guaranteed for 1 year and the UniVox amplifiers have a 5 year, manufacturer’s warranty.
Based in Somerset many of our installations are in the Bath and Wells Diocese.
Below are just a few religious buildings that we have worked in:
- Keinton Mandeville,
- St Bartholomews, Crewkerne,
- St Leonards, Butleigh,
- Churchill Methodist
- The Friends Meeting House, Weston Super Mare.
- St Andrews, Compton Dundon
- Wells Cathedral
Further afield we have completed work for churches within the Salisbury and Gloucester dioceses.
We have also worked for many years with the following:
- St Davids Cathedral, Wales
- The Religious society of Friends, London
- Salisbury Cathedral
As part of our service we will train the clergy and/or Church wardens on how the system works and the operating of the system. We also offer an annual service option to ensure that the system is kept working at its best.
On occasions additional sound equipment may be required eg. large funerals or church festivals. We can help as we have a range of equipment to hire. Please contact the office to discuss your needs.
