Solutions at work and Access to Work

Access to Work is a government led programme that supports people that have a disability including hearing loss with funding to start or stay within the workplace. The funding will not have to be repaid and can be used for additional hearing equipment to remove any workplace-related barriers to employment.

The funding a person receives is based on individual circumstances and will depend if a person is eligible, below is a quick check list to the qualifying criteria:

Do you wear hearing aids?
Are you over 16 years old?
Do you live in the United Kingdom?
Are you in employment, self-employment, work experience or about to start a job?
